Some times Outlook files can't be open or previewed , for that as below:
“This file can't be previewed because of an error in the Microsoft Word previewer.”
Step 1: go to start button -> run ->
Step 2 : %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\
Ex: :
%Administrator %\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\
Step 3: here we can find a sub folder
Move to that subfolder and delete all files.
Step 4: don’t delete subfolder .
