App can't open with built in administrator account
Solution:
step1: go to run -> regedit
step2: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE-> Microsoft -> Windows -> CurrentVersion
->Policies -> System
step 3: Change EnableLUA value from 0 to 1
step 4: restart the system
