1  1.How to select a particular column in excel ?

Select a value in a current column which you want selects,   and press    CTRL+SPACE BAR.

Example:   I want to select current B column, then I select any value in B column then pressed

 CTRL + ALT.

    2.       How to select a current row in excel ?

Select a current row, and press SHIFT + SPACEBAR

Example:   I want to select a current row, then I pressed 

 SHIFT + SPACEBAR.

3.        How to move beginning of the current excel worksheet?  (A1 CELL)

    Solution:      by pressing CTRL + Home

  

  4.      How to move end of the current excel worksheet?

    Solution:      by pressing CTRL + End.

  5.       How to insert a comment in a particular cell?

                   Solution:    Press SHIFT + F2   ,  comment popup will      raise, and then enter comment.

6.   How to  paste a function  like sum,average,count,max…?

Solution:   Press  SHIFT + F3  to insert a function.

Example:   I want to calculate of given values of a column , I pressed SHIFT + F3  then I selected sum function to calculate sum of a particular column.

7.   How  to copy a cell value to right cell?

Press CTRL +R  to copy a value from  cell and paste it to right cell.

Example:  I want to copy a value from A1 cell to  B1 cell,   then I pressed  CTRL + R.

8.    How to copy a value from upper cell to lower cell?

Solution:  By pressing CTRL + D , we can copy value from upper to lower.

Example:  by pressing CTRL + D  we can copy A1   cell value to A2 cell.

Solution:    By pressing CTRL + ;        we can insert current date in to a particular cell.

Solution:    To insert a current time press 

CTRL + SHIFT + ;

To make time format as AM or PM  ,  then press

CTRL + SHIFT + @

15. How to set Two decimal places, thousands separator, and a hyphen for negative values?

Solution:  By pressing CTRL + SHIFT + !    we can 

format the cell value as Two decimal places, 

thousands separator.
